
Italian Fontina and Parmesan Toasts

| I N G R E D I E N T S | |

| Butter | 3 tablespoons |
| Gallucci olive oi | 3 tablespoons |
| Italian bread | 1 loaf |
| Grated Italian fontina | Two thirds of a cup |
| Grated Parmesan | One quarter of a cup |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees. |
| 2 | Cut Italian bread into half inch thick slices. |
| 3 | In a small saucepan- melt butter in oil over moderate heat. |
| 4 | Brush mixture onto 1 side of each bread slice. |
| 5 | Arrange slices- buttered side up- on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until golden. |
| 6 | Preheat broiler |
| 7 | Sprinkle Italian fontina and Parmesan cheeses evenly over toasts. |
| 8 | Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 1 minute- or until fontina begins to melt. |
